Hypnobabies is a comprehensive, hypnosis-based childbirth class that provides families with real tools to help make birth easier and more comfortable. Amanda brings this class to life with content you can easily relate to and remember when birth begins. Birth partners feel more confident in supporting and facilitating the birth and appreciate their role in the experience more. When giving birth, mothers feel more confident and supported while having the capacity to advocate for the experience they want.
