About the event
Bring a pillow, a notebook, some snacks and a water bottle. We're going to learn about Nutrition, birth partner roles, how to determine what part of labor you are in, communicating with your health care team, positioning strategies, how to create a birth plan and all about the interventions that are commonly used in the labor room.
