About the event
Bring a pillow, a notebook, some snacks and a water bottle. Â We're going to learn about Nutrition, birth partner roles, how to determine what part of labor you are in, communicating with your health care team, positioning strategies, how to create a birth plan and all about the interventions that are commonly used in the labor room.Â
