I am a mom to 4 children, Town of Newburgh, NY resident,  Doula & Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of experience in hospital and home birth settings throughout the Hudson Valley.  My experience as a nurse, combined with being a childbirth educator, and doula, gives me unique insight into what expecting parents are looking for in their birth experiences. 

 

As a Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor, I provide expecting couples special training to create a more calm, comfortable pregnancy and birth.  Parents can focus on being in the moment for their pregnancy and birth with assistance in making decisions, forming connections, and planning for baby arrival and beyond. When I work with my clients, they understand how to work together as a team, be proactive, and enhance their pregnancy and birth.

I am currently only accepting previous clients as I am working on completing my last year in midwifery school.  Additionally I am accepting clients of home birth midwives in the Hudson Valley that would like me to fulfill the Midwife Assistant and Doula Roles.
